Weight Management Initial & Second Visits
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or short notice cancellations will incur a fee of $150.
Weight Management Follow Up Visits
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or short notice cancellations will incur a fee of $50.

Our staff and physicians have the right to work in a safe and respectful environment. Use of profanity, verbal threats, racial discrimination, gender discrimination, threatening behavior or any perceived act of violence will not be tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave and may be refused service.
